We are seeking help for legal fees to bring justice to our family for false accusations that led to false arrest. We were scammed by a pizza delivery person who then accused us of robbery. As we were sitting down for dinner we had about 7 or so police officers staged outside our home with guns drawn at my partner, our three year old son, and myself. My partner was falsely arrested and spent time in jail until we were able to bail him out. We are now facing major felony charges to which the legal fees are expensive. I am a full time student at CSUMB, my husband is a full time inspector, and we live on campus in family housing. We are asking for any help that we can get as we have already taken out multiple loans and student loans.
