MoyaMoya Disease

Hi, my name is Jackie Kraft and I have MoyaMoya Disease. Moya Moya disease is a disease in which the arteries which supply blood to the brain continue to become blocked. So I will need two direct bypass surgeries. I will have to fly to Phoenix to have surgery. There will be co-pays, deductibles and 20% not covered by insurance along with flights, hotel, meals, transportation and other expenses. Thank you in advance for your support.
