Harley needs help!

My dog Harley has some medical issues my family needs some help paying for. He has some really bad tooth decay and rotting in his gums that could lead to an early death and completely rot and ruin his mouth. He needs teeth pulled and we just found out he has a heart murmur and need to find out if he is safe to even go under anesthesia for that procedure without his heart stopping. He is a very lively dog and i dont want him to live the rest of his years in pain. Even just a little bit helps so much.
