Paul Linger was a player who played for Leyton Orient in the late 90's as well as Charlton and Brighton.
Paul was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer but despite thinking it had been beaten it has come back and is now inoperable.
Paul is at a stage now where everything is about the time he has left with his sons Alfie and Frankie, to add more sadness 5 year old Frankie has already lost his mum.
We as orient fans talk about 'once an O always an O' and 'The Orient Family' so i want us to raise some money to help Paul make some more memories with his boys but also let young Frankie know that we, at Orient, never forget our players and even though he wasn't with us long his Dad was and always will be an 'O'
