Hi, my name is Carol. I am a Registered Nurse. I have Chiari malformation type 1. I have been unable to work since September 13th, 2014. I also have not received any disability as of today 10/31. I have brain surgery scheduled for 11/10/2014  in which I have to come up with 20% of the cost of the surgery, ICU stay and regular floor stay up to 5 days. I don't know how to make my groceries right now let alone 20%. Anything you will give will help. Thank you!
