It’s with a heavy heart that we have lost another loved one who is our baby brother Jacob. Jacob was only 33 years old and he was a son, brother, father and tio. Jacob was caring, loving and had such a big heart for everyone. With this sudden loss we are asking for help to lay our baby brother to rest.
