Help Family of 5 Heat/Hot water

Family of 5 with 3 children under the age of 10 in need of heat and hot water due to home being vacant and vandalized. Home was left by Grandmother of children and Mother of home owner in 2006. Family was lied out of a will by the power of attorney of deceased Mother who past of cancer in 2007. Family was asked to move out of home. Come to find out 8 years later there was no will and family was honored the home. Video was done in May 2014, as of now, Nov 1st 2014 we still have no heat or hot water, yet since then have manifested a refrigerator fixed most of the broken windows and have clod running water and started a small family based business refinishing furniture. Its getting colder in the house. Asking for a helping hand up from a hero, unlike asking for a hand out would be a hindrance.
