Gladys and her four children are in a critical moment of needing help to relocate from Liberia to Ghana. I met this amazing young woman 10-yrs ago. She has survived captivity during the Liberian Civil War and countless other atrocities.

-In the past month, since COVID-19, she has become homeless. She will have more opportunities to work in Ghana. 

-Once she got the chance to return to school, with the determination she has been studying to be a human rights lawyer so she can help others - she only has about two years to completion, but universities in Liberia are closed with no online option.  She can continue her education in Ghana.

- She lives in constant hiding from the warlord and his thugs who once held her captive. No one in Liberia has been prosecuted for their war crimes. 

Estimated immediate costs:
$900 to relocate (transportation), $1000 1st month's rent/deposit, $300 Food
