NANA LIZ NEEDS NEW TEETH!Hi friends my name is Briar’rose, this is our beloved Nana Liz, she is 76 years old and a while back she was diagnosed with severe dementia. With that being said she has become unable to work and lost the job she loved as a water aerobics instructor which was her main passion that she so looked forward to. Since then she has felt lost and very saddened. To top it all off my nana and grandpa are both in immense financial burden while he, so lovingly, is her full time caregiver and unable to work outside of the home. With both grandparents now retired on a fixed income, their house is in need of many repairs, and essentially falling apart from right underneath them. This has gotten to a point of the expenses to make the repairs on the home to much to fathom and with no means to get out from underneath it all. This is the reason why I am here praying for help and asking YOU the community to please help us help our nana.  If the situation wasn’t bad enough, my nana has recently lost almost all of her teeth due to weakening of oral bones. She only has a few teeth left in her mouth and unable to eat many of the foods she enjoyed. As a desperate measure in hopes to buy some time until they could save up to make the dental repairs, there came a point when grandpa found some fake teeth on amazon and attempted to glue them in just to help her eat. Needless to say the plastic teeth did not work. She now weighs 100 pounds. To make matters worse she now lost her front teeth. One thing my nana loves more than anything else is smiling and being a kind hearted spirit who dances and always has the best and most enthusiastic stories to share, without her smile she feels lost and embarrassed. My family and I love her so much and would love nothing more than to be able to join together with our caring community to help raise money to completely cover her medical bill to get her teeth fully replaced with no burden on her or my grandpa since they don’t have any dental insurance... We are also hoping to have left over money for them to fix the household immediate issue which is the mold in their roof that’s been there for many years due to water leakage from rain.  Please consider donating ANYTHING you’re able to, everything helps. My grandparents know nothing about this go fund effort, and my nana even created her own Instagram, Facebook and YouTube channel titled Get Bizzy with Lizzy as an effort to offer free 10 minute workouts to raise donations to help grandpa out.
