Hello!  This GoFundMe project is meant to help Joe cover his day to day living expenses while going through both his surgery recovery (six weeks) as well as any possible additional treatments.  As he works for himself, he cannot expect to earn much while recovering.

If you don't know, Joe will be having a brain tumor removed on May 7th from his left frontal lobe.  It is small (2 centimeters), so Doctors are optimistic that they found this early.  They will biopsy it but most probably want to start chemo/radiation immediately.  This can be a couple of months of treatment or more in many cases.  During these treatments patients are normally very weak and unable to do much physical work.
