Giving jake the send off he deserves

never in my wildest dreams i thought id be writing this.

Jake riley my beautiful caring brother passed away Friday night.

His demons won!

Jake fought so hard till the very end and im forever grateful for the time on earth with you.

i want to give jake the send off he deserves because he deserves this.
