Giving Feral Cats a Fighting Chance
What started as simply feeding a few feral cats in our community quickly turned into something much bigger. We noticed several weren’t just hungry — they needed medical care. A couple required surgeries, and others needed treatment to prevent further suffering. As overwhelming as the cost felt, doing nothing simply wasn’t an option. These sweet souls didn’t ask to be born outside, fighting to survive. Because of these surgeries, they now have a real chance at healthier lives. But we aren’t done yet. There are at least 15 more feral cats in this same area that urgently need to be spayed and neutered — and kitten season is upon us. Without intervention, the cycle continues. More litters born outside. More suffering. More preventable medical emergencies.
We are raising funds to: cover the recent surgical expenses, spay/neuter the remaining 15 cats, and provide any necessary post-operative care. Every dollar goes directly toward veterinary costs. Even a small donation makes a meaningful difference. And if donating isn’t possible, sharing this fundraiser helps just as much.
