Giving Emily the farewell she deserves

My name is Ricardo Colazo, husband of Emily Caldwell. It’s a very disheartening moment right now dealing with the recent passing of my loving wife Emily, who at her time of death was only 22 years old. Emily’s passing has been very tough to wrap our heads around. She was cheerful in life, strong, and full of resilience. She would move mountains just to brighten up a person’s mood. Emily was a phenomenal person, she embodied compassion through her interactions with everybody. She lit up any room that felt dim and prioritized the feelings of others. Emily always felt that the needs of others outweighed those of her own, and because of that, everybody who knew her understands that we’ve lost such a caring and compassionate person. We are reaching out to our community in hopes of getting all the help we can get to give Emily the farewell she deserves. With Emily’s compassion and willingness to set her happiness to the side for others, it only feels right to give back for all the kindness and compassion that she brought into this world. Everyone that knew Emily has expressed deep sadness about her passing, she was a remarkable friend, daughter, grand daughter, sister, aunt, sister-in-law, daughter-in-law and an amazing wife. It’s a very difficult time for everybody who has been affected by Emily’s passing, and we want to give Emily the farewell she deserves. We want to make the best out of a very disheartening situation in hopes of giving closure to everyone who had the blessing of knowing such a kind and giving soul. We are eternally grateful to anyone who has reached out to send their condolences and for any help we can get during such a difficult moment. Thank you for taking the time to read this.
