Giving back to the NICU in Limerick Maternity Hospital

Donation protected

Hi, my name is Nicole, and on the 8th of February 2025, our little boy Ollie came into the world. Unfortunately, Ollie needed immediate care in the neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) in Limerick. Those early days were incredibly hard for us as a family.

But, we were surrounded by the most incredible team of nurses and doctors. Most importantly, they gave Ollie the care he needed to grow stronger every day.

To show our appreciation and to give something back, I will be running the Great Limerick Run Half Marathon this May. I’m hoping to raise funds for the neonatal unit that cared for Ollie, so they can continue to support other families facing similar journeys.

Every donation, no matter how big or small, will go towards supporting this amazing unit and helping other little babies get the best possible start in life.

Thank you so much for your kindness and support.
