Hello, name is Justin Smith. I am raising money to help my friend Noel Bolanos' family. Noel was involved in a very terrible car accident on June 3rd 2015 and he broke every bone in his face, cracked his skull, neck, and spine
He's in a medically enduced coma and is now running a fever.
He meets 3 out of the 4 criterias for being declared brain dead but we're not giving up.  He is in the hospital currently on life support fighting for his life. Many who know him knows how great of a person he is, and a very determined and strong fighter. He needs the help! Any donations big or small are absolutely accepted at this moment.
