Give Bec some memories to treasure

So Bec has given us the dreadfully sad news that her cancer is back and cannot be cured. As a mother this breaks my heart, so, with the permission of her family we have decided to try and raise enough money to give Bec and her kids a break away, which will give them the opportunity to forget the bad in their lives and concentrate on the here and now, and build some more treasured memories for those beautiful children of hers. I know it's an expensive time of year, but please donate to allow them to do this, even if it means a few less drinks over the festive period. This is meant as a surprise so please keep this a secret from Bec. Thanks so much, I hope we can give them a really lovely break with some very special time! Let's prove to everyone how lucky we are to live in a community like Ashton who rallies round in a time of sadness such as this!
