Supporting orphans in Somalia .

As-salamu alaykum wa rahmatullahi wa barakatuh , last summer I went back home to Hargeisa and what I saw stayed with me ever since. Everywhere I went, I saw kids struggling. Some were orphans, walking barefoot, looking for food, or just trying to survive. Others had no access to school, dugsi, or even the basic things we take for granted. It really made me stop and think how many blessings do we have every day that we don’t even thank Allah for? Things like a warm meal, school supplies, Qur’ans, notebooks we get them so easily, but for them, it’s a dream. That’s why I started this fundraiser to help give these children a chance. To give them the basics they need for education, dugsi, and daily life. Even just a little donation can help one child get what they need to grow, learn, and feel seen. The Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) said: “I and the one who takes care of an orphan will be together in Paradise like this” and he held his two fingers together (Bukhari). So imagine the reward in just helping one child. Please donate whatever you can, no amount is too small. May Allah reward you for your kindness and make this sadaqah a light for you and your loved ones, in this life and the next.
