Zari is my 17-year-old Savannah cat. Before I got her, she spent the first 11 years of her life as a breeding cat. She lived most of that time in a cage and never really had a stable home or any kind of retirement.

I rescued her in 2020. My place is the first home she’s ever had where she could relax, move freely, and live like a normal cat. She’s old, but she finally got the quiet life she should’ve had years ago. I want to give her as much comfort as I can for whatever time she has left.

Recently, she was diagnosed with cancer and she’s also dealing with serious eye issues. The vets need to run more tests to figure out how far things have progressed and what treatment options are still possible. The initial estimate for diagnostics and care is around $10,000.

I’m doing what I can, but the costs are heavy. The funds will go directly toward her testing, treatment planning, and keeping her comfortable.
