Give Yasha a Chance to Heal

Hi, I’m Sarah! I spend just about every waking hour volunteering in-person and online in hopes of finding help for dogs scheduled to lose their lives at my local shelter. Never in a million years did I think I’d need to seek help for my personal dog. I’m raising funds to help cover a costly surgery for Yasha, my husky.

Yasha has a perianal mass. After coming home from the shelter the Friday before last, I noticed blood throughout my apartment floor. After checking both of my dogs, I realized that the blood traced to a ruptured mass beneath Yasha’s tail. I had no idea that it was even there. We went to the vet last Monday where they performed a fine needle aspiration to determine if her mass is cancerous or not.

Either way, she will need to have surgery to remove the mass since it’s continuously bleeding and because it’ll continue to grow.

Any support and all well-wishes will be received with so much love and gratitude. Without your support, I don’t think I’ll be able to give Yasha the care that she needs to feel better. She’s my best friend and my heart dog. I wouldn’t ask for help if we didn’t really need it.
