Hello everyone, my name is Tanya and I’m starting this GoFundMe to help my sister raise some money to save her cat’s life after having a life-threatening stomach blockage and undergoing surgery, hospitalization, medications, and the recovery process.

Winston is the baby of our little fur-family. My sister and I both treat our cats like real human children. We give them the best care we can, play with them, and our lives truly revolve around them. So when our baby Winston ate 3 pompoms of his little cat toy we were terrified. He had thrown up 2 but the other one was stuck in his tummy and ultimately he became more dehydrated stopped eating & his kidneys began to fail. We took the risk even when the vets said he was probably not going to make it.

He had the surgery, and he is currently recovering in a 24/7 Vet Hospital which if you have pets you know becomes expensive very quickly. The worse he got the more money they were asking of us and we didn’t want to let money get in the way of giving him a fighting chance so we took the jump.

We’re hoping and praying that everything goes well from here on out. We don’t want to,lose him and we don’t want his big brother, Canelo, (orange and white cat) to lose his best friend and baby brother either.

We want to continue giving him the best care we can but we need help — anything is super appreciated. Even just sharing the post will help us.
