Wings of My Dream – by Dilprabh

Hi, my name is Dilprabh. I’m nearly 14 now, and I have a dream. I want to help other kids fly and reach their goals.

Since I was little, I’ve looked up at the sky and imagined myself flying. That dream has only grown stronger. I joined the RAF Air Cadets, and I even saved up my pocket money to experience a flight simulator. It felt incredible, like I was finally in the sky where I’ve always belonged.

While many of my age were drifting into bad choices or getting lost in empty routines, I held on to my dream and put my money where my heart was. That small experience meant everything to me.

I’ve also seen what many kids my age go through. Some are pulled into gangs. Others face negativity at home or in school. Many struggle silently with mental health. Even though they have dreams, they often lack the support to keep going.

That is why I want to do more than just fly. I want to help those kids. I want to be someone who shows them that dreams are possible, even when life is hard. I want to offer hope, support, and kindness to those who need it most.

Right now, I am one step away from beginning real flight training and helping others. I have done all I can on my own. Now I truly need your help to take the next step.

It takes courage to help someone succeed, and there is no better feeling than the act of kindness and generosity. By supporting me, you are showing every child with a dream that they matter too.
