Hello friends and family,

We’re reaching out with heavy hearts to ask for your help. Yesterday evening, our sweet dog Whiskey was outside playing when he suddenly collapsed. Within a few hours, his back left leg became completely immobile, and by the next morning, he couldn’t put any weight on it at all.

After taking him to the vet today, we learned that Whiskey has torn the ligaments in his knee. He will need a specialty surgery to repair it — without it, he’ll face permanent damage and lifelong difficulty walking. The surgery is estimated to cost around $5,500, which is an amount we simply can’t manage on our own right now.

This has been an incredibly challenging time for our little family. With our wedding happening this Saturday and the recent arrival of our baby boy just two months ago, we’re already stretched thin emotionally and financially.

Whiskey is our second fur baby and such an important part of our family — our loyal companion and a source of endless love and comfort. We want nothing more than to see him running and playing again.

If you’re able to contribute, no matter how small, it would mean the world to us. Even a few dollars or simply sharing this post helps more than you know. And of course, your prayers and kind thoughts are just as appreciated.

Thank you so much for taking the time to read our story and for supporting Whiskey’s recovery. ❤️

With love and gratitude,

Our family, Kaitlyn, Gage, and Atlas
