So Long Pittsburgh! Maryland or Bust!

It comes with a heavy heart to announce Nick and I have decided to leave Pittsburgh to move to Maryland so I can pursue a dream job opportunity teaching in my hometown of St. Mary’s County.

The problem is moving is quite costly. Even though we’d be leaving before our lease renews, our current rental company forced us to sign a renewal in February which, if we leave we now are expected to pay at least 3 months rent in advance. This is on top of having to put down a deposit on a new place as well.

For full transparency the amount we’re asking for would cover the cost of breaking our lease AND help pay for us to rent a pod to move our stuff out of state.
