Hello, my name is Tykeiyah Howell.

Today, our family experienced an unimaginable loss. My 12-year-old cousin Wayne Howell passed away unexpectedly. No death is ever easy, but when it happens so suddenly, it leaves you shocked, heartbroken, and unsure how to move forward.

He was full of life — funny, energetic, incredibly smart, and always ready to help others. His great sense of humor and loving spirit touched everyone who knew him. I can’t believe we are now preparing to lay him to rest.

His father has entrusted me with handling all arrangements. As the head of my family, I’ve faced many challenges, but this is by far the hardest. We want to give him the proper farewell he deserves, and I’m asking for any support you can give.

No amount is too small — every bit will help us honor his memory and give him a beautiful farewell.
