On July 4th, 2025, Wanda was brought into Atasadero Pet Hospital after suffering a bowel blockage. The surgery to save her life would be costing over 5,000 dollars. Andrea Villegas, the single income to the Villegas family, took out a 3,000 dollar loan to cover the cost, but it is not enough.
