Give Vudu Stability

Hello, again, I’m JadeBlake I go Vudu, short for The Vudu Doll my dj name.

I am a Brooklyn based DJ up and coming into the scene originally from Queens, Ny. This journey has honestly been the best thing for me experiencing people and expressing myself through music. I love that I can make my own schedule and my own hours. I have musculoskeletal conditions, which stop me from taking jobs that don’t give me the freedom to make my own schedule. Furthermore require me to add any physical strain to my body; with lifting, strenuous standing, & fast paced environments.

Although I enjoy making my schedule sometimes gigs fall through and it’s out of my control. That’s my most recent reality which is why I’m calling for community to help me when/if they can regain some stability. I’m not

blessed with family I can turn to for help, I’m doing this on my own, and y’all are my family. So if you can help it’ll be greatly appreciated and hopefully with this help everyone will continue to see me behind the DJ booth.

Im looking to make this goal as soon as possible my birthday is coming up (January 2nd) as well as my current move out date (January 1st). I have places in mind to move to next but I don’t have the backing anymore to make this move happen. I would love to be able to exhale before our collective and my personal new year.
