Hello friends & family ,

My name is Modesto Serna ; brother of Veronica Serna also known as La Chucky to our Laredo community. With heavy hearts, I would like to inform every one of my sister's passing on May 3 2025. She was in a long term facility in Houston for a whole year getting treated for lung complications & was recently relocated to a nursing home in San Antonio. For a few months now, she had made progress with in her health & unfortunately today we recieved the news that she had some complications & went into cardiac arrest which resulted in her passing. I am creating this Go Fund Me in her loving memory to give her a proper burial & give her our final goodbyes. I reside out of state & I will be traveling to make funeral arrangements soon.
