Hi everyone, I’m writing this with a heavy heart to ask for your help saving my best friend Tyson. He is a 98-pound sweet, 3-year-old puppy and right now, he needs an urgent medical lifeline that I simply cannot provide on our
own.
Just six weeks ago, Tyson tore his ACL and underwent a major TTA (Tibial Tuberosity Advancement) surgery on his left leg. We spent just under $10,000 to get him fixed up, draining our resources to make sure he could live pain-free again. We were right in the middle of his recovery when the absolute worst thing happened—his right leg let go. His left leg is still quite weak with basically all of the muscle mass gone. That left his other leg to hold all the weight.
The Challenge We Are Facing:
Tyson desperately needs a second TTA surgery on his other leg. Because we just exhausted our funds on his first surgery, we are completely tapped out. To make matters worse, I recently lost my job due to an injury and am getting surgery in a few weeks. While my wife is working, even after three back surgeries, it's simply not enough. In an attempt to give Tyson the best we can, we are currently living in our camper as we try to navigate these incredibly tight times.
Why We Need Your Help:
Tyson is only three years old. He has so much life left to live, and he is our absolute rock. The thought of having to put my dog down simply because I can't afford a second surgery is breaking me. I cannot lose this boy.
Any contribution, no matter how small, will go directly toward Tyson’s second surgery, aftercare and hopefully a doggie wheelchair to aide in the recovery of both legs. If you aren't in a position to donate, please consider sharing this page with your friends and family. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for helping us give Tyson the chance to heal and live a full life again.
