Give Tugboat a Fighting Chance to Walk Again
Donation protected
This is Tugboat, the tiniest loaf of personality you’ll ever meet. Those who have had the absolute pleasure to meet her know that she’s full of the purest love and her biggest joy in life, besides snacks, is to give that love to anyone around her.
A year ago, Tugboat went on a new adventure to Chicago with her favorite person in the world, her dad Derek. It was there that one day Derek came home to find that Tugboat was struggling to walk, and eventually, was unable to walk on her back legs at all. After a visit to the ER, Derek received the unfortunate news that unless he could pay the exorbitant costs to get her the tests and the MRI to potentially fix her condition, Tugboat would remain paralyzed from the waist down.
This also means that Tugboat can no longer go on walks or even use the restroom on her own, and if she remains paralyzed she will have to have those things done for her by hand multiple times a day for the rest of her life.
Though the odds of the tests and potential surgery are still not 100% for a recovery, Tugboat still deserves a fighting chance to return to her cheerful self so she can continue her adventure with Derek in Chicago.
Please help us give her that opportunity, anything helps in any way.
Thank you to everyone who takes the time to read this, and please help us share this around so we can get Tugboat the help she deserves!
