Hi! My name is Torogoz Lucero and I have fibromyalgia. I started to develop it when I was 17, and over the past 7 years my pain and mobility have worsened to the point that I can no longer safely do many of the activities that I need to do and enjoy. I can't walk for more than a few minutes at a time with crutches, and I'm frequently bed bound for days at a time. I used to be a very active person, and I'm raising money to purchase an electric wheelchair so that I can once again spend time with friends, go grocery shopping, go to libraries and museums, and hopefully attend college!
