Join us in supporting Narbeview Wildlife Shelter, a self-funded, non-profit wildlife rescue in Buxton, Victoria, run by Shelley and Rodney.
Narbeview Wildlife Shelter has been directly impacted by the recent Victorian bushfires, which have devastated surrounding habitats and placed immense pressure on local wildlife carers. As fires destroy homes, food sources, and shelter, injured, displaced, and orphaned native animals urgently need help, and Narbeview is on the frontline of that response.
Shelley and Rodney dedicate their lives, time, and personal resources to rescuing, rehabilitating, and releasing native wildlife back into the wild. Their work goes far beyond emergency rescue. They provide long-term care for injured animals, hand-raise orphans, and ensure every animal is given the best possible chance of survival and release.
Narbeview Wildlife Shelter is entirely self-funded. During bushfire events, costs increase dramatically, including veterinary care, specialised feed, medical supplies, enclosure repairs, fuel, and emergency response needs. With more animals coming in and fewer resources available, community support is critical.
Every donation made through this fundraiser will directly support bushfire-affected wildlife, helping Shelley and Rodney continue their lifesaving work at a time when it is needed most. Your contribution provides immediate, practical support for animals who have lost everything.
Together, we can help give Australia’s native wildlife a second chance after the fires.
Thank you for standing with Narbeview Wildlife Shelter and being part of their vital work.
