Hello world! My name is Zakisha Brown, I’m from Toronto Canada and currently living in Ghana. I’ve been here in and out since 2019 and I even created a family here. During my living experience I’ve noticed the amount of citizens struggling to live a basic life. Mothers suffering during childbirth because of lack of funds in the hospitals, consistent black outs and don’t have enough food or money to provide for their children and newborns. I’ve noticed the monthly income is equivalent to $40-$50 Canadian a month for most jobs! Some people even get paid less. People with Buisness ideas who just need support to provide for themselves. Due to the economic global crisis and prices of everything increasing… most Ghanaian people can’t afford to live a basic life or have proper running water or even a proper living space. I’ve decided to be the change I want to see. To make a difference here and support in anyway I can. The support of community and people all around the world can change many peoples lives for the better. I want to use my privilege of visibility to make a real change and ask everyone around me to please donate to change one individual or family at a time. I will document it all so you see the proof of where the money is going on my Instagram @Zakisha
Enough is enough of the suffering! We can all eat. Each one reach one!
