Hello everyone,

I am currently raising funds for a procedure called "crosslinking". I need this done on my LEFT eye because if I don't, I will need a cornea transplant. I have an eye disease called "Keratoconus" which is a progressive disease that grows in the cornea of your eye. (the clear film on top of the pupil of your eye). The procedure is suppose to stop the disease from growing and improve my vision drastically. I have done it on my right eye in 2017 and now its time for the left eye.

The urgency in making this go fund me page is because my procedure is not FDA approved so its expensive (insurance does not cover it) The more I wait, the greater the risk of my eye getting worse. It would also force me to get a cornea transplant. Those transplants can be 50/50 effective. Not to mention, I can lose my sight in that particular eye. I suffer from eye pain and side effects from wearing hard contact lenses everyday, which effects my daily work duties.
