Hi everyone I never thought I’d be writing something like this, but our sweet boy Thor needs help. After months of vet visits trying to heal a paw injury, we recently learned that the tissue in his back leg is now permanently damaged. We were told this likely happened after complications and lack of proper treatment earlier in his care, and sadly it can’t be repaired anymore.

The only way to give Thor a pain-free, happy life again is a back-leg amputation. He’s only 8 years old, still full of personality, and deserves the chance to run, play, and be himself without ongoing discomfort. The surgery costs $3,200, and we are doing everything we can to make this happen for him.
