A Safe Place TNR is fundraising to get a colony of 20-25 cats neutered/spayed in rural Kansas. We estimate a cost of $1500+ dollars.

in rural communities there are few resources for people and little to no animal welfare organizations. We aim to change that and ultimately hope to provide hope for compassionate caregivers who are lacking the means to get their situations under control.
