Theodore was recently saved from the euthanasia list at the West Valley Animal shelter through Death Row Dogs Rescue. He needs surgery on both legs and extensive dental work. We need to raise the money asap so we can save Theo and find him his furever home!! Theo spent almost 5 years behind bars at the shelter and has been given a second chance at life.
