Hello, my name is Jen Wilson and I am raising funds for my friend in Uganda and fellow member of Rotary International, who is working to provide wheelchairs to 10 individuals who desperately need one.

Our first wheelchair donation campaign transformed lives by giving vulnerable children and adults the freedom to move, attend school, access healthcare, and live with greater dignity. Thanks to the generosity of our supporters, many families experienced renewed hope, independence, and the joy of participating in everyday life once again.

Today, we are raising funds for our second batch of 10 wheelchairs for individuals who are still waiting for this life-changing support. For many, every day is a struggle; children miss school because they cannot travel safely, while adults remain confined to their homes, relying on others for even the simplest tasks.

For a child attending school, a wheelchair is more than a means of transport; it is a pathway to education, confidence, friendships, and the chance to dream of a brighter future. For an adult, it restores dignity, independence, and the opportunity to participate fully in family and community life.
