My name is Carmelle, and I’m raising funds for my sister, Rhodora, a devoted doctor, caregiver, and one of the strongest people I know—who now needs help herself.

For years, my sister has dedicated her life to healing others. As a doctor, she spent countless hours comforting patients, guiding families through difficult diagnoses, and putting others before herself. She gave her heart to medicine, to her community, and to anyone who needed care. But now, the caregiver has become the one in need.

Due to a sudden and serious medical condition, my sister is unable to work and is facing a long road to recovery. The financial toll of medical treatments, medications, and day-to-day expenses has quickly become overwhelming. She’s fighting hard to heal—but the weight of rising bills is making that fight even harder.

This fundraiser is to help relieve that burden and give her the time and space she needs to focus on recovery.
