Help Us Get a Handicap Accessible Van for Tamika

Hi, my name is Eric , and I’m reaching out on behalf of my amazing wife, Tamika.

In 2023, our lives were forever changed when Tamika had to have both of her legs amputated. Despite the pain and challenges, Tamika has remained incredibly strong, loving, and determined. She’s a mother, a wife, and a fighter—but right now, we need help.

Currently, every time we need to take Tamika anywhere—doctor’s appointments, family outings, or even just a drive to get out of the house—my daughter and I have to physically lift her in and out of our vehicle. It’s not safe, it’s not easy, and most importantly, it’s not the dignity she deserves.

We’re asking for help to raise $10,000 to purchase a reliable, handicap accessible van. This vehicle would make it possible for Tamika to travel safely and comfortably, and it would ease the physical strain on our family. More than that, it would give her back a measure of independence and dignity during a time when so much has already been taken from her.
