Help Squeeks Get the Training He Needs!

Meet Squeeks, our feisty little foster pup who has had a rough start in life. His previous owner let him down by releasing him from their car at a busy intersection, leaving him to fend for himself. After serving his stray hold at Gaston County Animal Care & Enforcement, no one reclaimed him.

Squeeks was adopted from GCACE, but returned 7 days later, weighing 3lbs less and had reservations about being touched. Piedmont Animal Rescue - PAR (located in Mooresville, NC) took him in with the hopes of giving him a second chance.

Squeeks is loving his foster home, and all the dogs he plays with. However, Squeeks has a bit of a Corgi attitude when it comes to new people, and to set him up for success in his forever home, he needs to undergo a board and train program with K9 Responder Academy. This training typically costs $2,000, but thanks to their generosity, we only need to raise $1,500 - and we must reach that goal before training starts in the second week of April!

I know times are tough, and any amount helps! All funds will go directly toward Squeeks’ training at K9 Responder Academy.
