This is Sookie. She is a 2 1/2-year-old Bernese Mountain Dog. She has had a very rough 2 1/2 years. When Sookie was young, she had to have a foreign body surgery. A year later, her intestines twisted on themselves, and she had to have another surgery to save her life. She is the most loving, sweetest dog who just is on the face of this earth for us. I want to do something for her.

This summer, I found a lump on her side. We had it removed, thinking it was going to be nothing, and it is cancer. She now needs to have some chemotherapy sessions, and we are really struggling financially, and are asking friends and family to donate if they can. This dog deserves a longer life. She deserves to be spoiled and live with a family she loves for much longer than 2 1/2 years. Thank you in advance.
