Sebastian was a sweet and loving boy who just celebrated his 12th birthday on October 30th. He was the oldest sibling of four children, and he was a great big brother to his little brothers and sister. Sebastian was spending the day with his family fishing at the Texas City Dike when the water began to get choppy and the waves pulled him in. Sebastian succumbed to this devastating tragedy and did not survive.
