Hi my name is kirsty lane.my son Sammy has a muscle wasting disease called Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy which is life limiting unfortunately most boys with this condition don't make it past there early to late teens. Sammy has reached the end of his battle with this horrible disease and fought long and hard but it's taken its toll on his body and he cant fight no more . He has been such an inspiration and brave boy never once complaining about his condition and always ready to make you smile or laugh with his dry sense of humour and always would light up the room and touched all the hearts of people that meet him.Fundraising will go towards the cost of funeral and what we all want to send him on his way with honor and dignify for such a amazing son,brother,nephew and grandson. not to forget an amazing friend. Please would you find it in your heart to donate how ever much you can so we can give him the send off he deserves. Thank you .  Sammy  has now gained his wings he passed away this morning  3/06/2022  9.30am peacefully he was sixteen  it has been  a pleasure to be his mum. He was such  an amazing young man,  and we will miss him so much our hearts are broken   We will never forget how much love we all shared.
