Give Ryan the Gift of Mobility and Joy

Donation protected
Hi, I’m Ryan’s wife, Hailey. My husband, Ryan Reynolds, is facing an incredibly difficult challenge that is affecting his quality of life, his ability to work, and his ability to be the dad and husband he desperately wants to be. Ryan was born with bilateral clubfoot, a condition that caused his feet to be deformed, which incurred constant doctor visits and surgery as a baby. Though the surgery and therapy helped him walk, his condition has continued to cause him immense pain over the years. At just 27 years old, Ryan suffers from extreme osteoarthritis in both his feet and ankles, which causes him constant, debilitating pain.

As if that weren’t difficult enough, Ryan now faces the prospect of a second surgery that has a mere 15% success rate. This surgery could leave him in even more pain and with a very uncertain future, and possibly leave him completely disabled. There is another option, however, that would give Ryan a better chance at living a normal, happy, pain-free life: an Exosym prosthetic device. The Exosym has a proven 100% success rate for people with conditions like Ryan’s, and it would allow him to continue his life without the need for risky, invasive surgery.

Despite how life-changing this device would be, it is not covered by insurance, and the cost of the Exosym is beyond what we can afford on our own. We’re asking for your help to raise the necessary funds so that Ryan can get the relief he so desperately needs. He wants to be able to walk pain-free, run and play with our kids, go on hikes with our family, and continue to work and support us without the constant pain getting in the way.

Ryan has always been the kind of person who pushes through adversity, who gets up and goes to work every day to provide for our family, even when it feels like his body is failing him. But we know he deserves so much more than just getting through the day! He deserves to feel like himself again — to have the freedom to move, to be active, and to be fully present with his family without the constant burden of pain.

We’re hoping that, with your generous support, Ryan will be able to get the Exosym and finally live the life he’s always dreamed of. No one should have to live in constant pain, especially at 27 years old. Please consider donating to our campaign and sharing it with your friends and family. Every contribution brings us one step closer to helping Ryan live a normal, pain-free life.

Thank you so much for your kindness and support. We’re so grateful for each and every one of you.

With love and appreciation,

Hailey Reynolds
