It’s hard to find the words for something that still doesn’t feel real. On 01/29 we tragically lost my little brother, Ryan, and our hearts are completely shattered. He wasn’t just my brother—he was a light in so many lives, always smiling, cracking jokes, and showing kindness to everyone he met.

What makes this even more heartbreaking is that Ryan had just welcomed a beautiful baby girl into the world this past July. He was so proud to be a dad, and now, his sweet family is left facing an unimaginable loss. None of us were prepared for this tragedy, emotionally or financially, and we’re asking for help to give Ryan the farewell he deserves.

The overwhelming love and support we’ve received over the past few days has meant more than I can put into words. Every text, call, message, and offer to help has been a reminder of just how loved Ryan was and how many people care about our family.
