Hi, my name is Sylvia, and I never imagined I’d be in a position where I’d need to ask for help like this—but my dog Roxy’s life truly depends on it.
Roxy is my 7-year-old Border Collie mix, my best friend, and my constant companion. She has recently been diagnosed with a large cancerous mass in her gastrointestinal tract, and this devastating news has completely turned our world upside down. Despite everything, she is still fighting—she’s alert, responsive, able to stand on her own, and still trying to eat. Her strength and will to live are the only things keeping me going right now.
The veterinarians believe treatment and possibly surgery could give Roxy more quality time and a real chance at survival, but the cost is overwhelming. Her estimated treatment total is approximately $14,000, which includes emergency diagnostics, imaging, hospitalization, surgery, medications, and follow-up care. I simply cannot manage this financial burden alone, but I cannot give up on her either.
Roxy is not “just a dog.” She is my family. She has been with me through the hardest moments of my life, offering unconditional love, comfort, and loyalty. I refuse to walk away from her now when she is still fighting so hard to stay with me.
All funds raised will go directly toward:
• Emergency diagnostics and imaging
• Cancer treatment and surgery
• Hospitalization and supportive care
• Medications, pain management, and recovery needs
If you are able to donate, share this fundraiser, or send words of encouragement, it truly means more than I can express. Every single dollar helps bring us one step closer to giving Roxy the fighting chance she deserves.
From the bottom of my heart—thank you for your kindness, your prayers, and your support during this terrifying time.
With endless gratitude,
Sylvia
