Please Help Me Fight Liver Failure for My 3 Children

Hi, my name is Roger Martin. I’m 42 years old, a husband, and a father to three beautiful young children — two sons and one daughter who mean absolutely everything to me.

After a long and difficult health journey, my liver has failed. My doctors have told me that my MELD score is 26, which means my condition is severe and life-threatening. Without a liver transplant, I may not have much time left. Hearing that has been the most terrifying moment of my life — not for myself, but for my children and my wife.

I am not ready to leave them.

My kids are still so young. They still need their dad to help with homework, to cheer at games, to walk my daughter down the aisle one day, and to be there for all the milestones we take for granted.

The treatment I urgently need is a liver transplant. While I am doing everything medically possible to stay stable and qualify, the financial burden is overwhelming. Between transplant-related costs, medications, travel, recovery time, and being unable to work, our family is struggling to keep up.
