Our beloved “Rocco the Choco” is in need of a life-saving surgery!  He has been ill all week, and today I had to rush him to an emergency specialist, where he was diagnosed with an obstructed intestine. He will not survive without surgery to correct it.  We expected a $1200 procedure but that quickly turned into a $4000 emergency.  We have already paid $750 for his anesthesia and initial x-rays and are now having to turn over every leaf to come up with the funds. We are desperate to save our 5 year-old Rocco and are looking for any help we can get.  I can guarantee 100% of the funds raised to will go to paying for this surgery and his medical bills as well as any follow-up/medications he may need.

Rocco has been a huge part of my family for 5 loving years now, and I can not imagine life without him. He has carried me through the worst of times, including my own health struggles and loss. He is in the animal hospital now, and we already miss him so much.  Our vet says he is otherwise a very healthy boy and that getting this surgery is essential in guaranteeing him a long happy and healthy life.
