She passed peacefully on September 27, 2025, leaving behind a legacy stitched together by devotion, generosity, and joy. Rita’s love for her family was boundless. Whether you were kin by blood or by bond, she made you feel seen, heard, and cherished.

Rita found joy in the simple pleasures of life. She was an avid reader, always with a book nearby—her mind curious, her spirit open. And when it came to fun, few things lit her up like a good game of bingo. The thrill of the numbers, and the sparkle in her eye when she won—it was pure Rita. She also had a soft spot for a little gamble, always believing that luck favored the bold.

She is preceded in death by her four beloved sons, who now carry her memory forward with strength and grace. In this time of loss, they are working together to raise funds for Rita’s funeral expenses through GoFundMe, hoping to honor her with the dignity and celebration she deserves.
