GIVE RIVKA A CHANCE TO SUCCEED
Donation protected
Please help my daughter Rivka spend her last year of high school in a place that will help her learn to be independent and ready for all that life has to offer. Rivka is a sweet 17-year-old girl with an “invisible” disability. ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, learning disabilities, and anxiety are not always obvious, but they affect a child in many ways. Rivka has struggled for years with academics as well as with executive functioning and social skills. Yet she retains her sunny, friendly disposition and keeps on chugging. Rivka is artistic and hopes to use her talent in some artistic field. She has a good heart and is beautiful inside and out. After everything she has gone through, discovering this special school has given us hope.
Please consider helping us collect $20,000. The tuition is actually $40,000, but $20,000 is being covered by various programs and donations. We both work, but our low paying jobs are taken up with the costs of living. We also contribute to special schools and therapies that our other two children need due to similar disabilities. All this means that it is quite impossible for us to come up with the $20,000 necessary for Rivka to attend this school this fall. Your donation of $25 to $100 (or more, if you can) will enable our daughter to gain social skills, learn vital skills for navigating the working world, and receive lots of encouragement and support. Thank you in advance!
